By entering and using this website and any of the services that Hairtrolley.co.uk provide, you the customer, agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. It is your responsibility to read and understand these terms and conditions.
We advise all users to print a copy of these terms and conditions for reference.
We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions without notifying you.

Order
All orders are subject to availability. If we do not have your items in stock we will contact you within 24 hours or the next working day to inform you. If you still want to go ahead with your order we will dispatch your goods within the next 7 working days.
If delivery charges are applicable to your order they will be added to the total amount payable.
All prices are inclusive of UK taxes.
We reserve the right to change our prices without prior notice. The price that you pay will be the price set at the time your order is placed.
Terms of payment
On any order placed with us the customer undertakes that all details are true and that they are authorised to use the credit or debit card being used to make the payment to us.
By confirming the order you authorise us to deduct the full amount including any delivery charges from the debit or credit card used when placing the order.
If for any reason we cannot obtain full payment of the goods you have ordered by the time the goods are delivered, we reserve the right to cancel your order and suspend any further orders that you place.
If you return goods to us in accordance with our terms and conditions we will credit the credit or debit card used to place the order. Refunds can take up to 28 days and will be made once the goods are returned to us.
Products
All products sold by us are obtained directly from the manufacturer or their designated agents.
Cancellation and Returns
You have the right to cancel your order up to 7 working days after you have received your goods.
If you do wish to cancel your order you must notify us within 7 working days of receiving the goods by recorded post or by email. You must give us your full details including your order number.
Goods must be returned in their original state, unused, unopened, undamaged, and complete, with instructions and accessories and in a saleable condition. Products should be returned in the original packaging which should be in reasonable condition.
Refunds will be made to you once you have returned the goods and we have received them. Refunds will not include delivery charges, unless the goods are defective and you are returning them for this reason. Refunds will be made as quickly as possible but can take up to 28 working days.
If you wish to return goods to us, you will do so at your own cost.
Delivery
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours or the next working day. We cannot be held responsible for any delivery delays beyond our control.
If we cannot make the delivery in the time frame specified, or if no time is specified, then within 30 days of the order being placed we will contact you by email or post. If we cannot get your order delivered to you within 30 days of the agreed date we can arrange a new delivery date or give you a full refund.
Our responsibility for goods will cease upon delivery. Once you receive the goods you are responsible for them. If you delay delivery of your order then our responsibility for the products ends on the agreed delivery date.
